Meet ...my minons!!!!!
Cute on the outside and tasty on the inside. What's not to love about a cupcake with a Twinkie on top!!!
Plus, they were pretty simple to make.
I started off by making my simple vanilla cupcakes, let them cool and frosted them as normal. Then it was time to work on the stars of these cupcakes, my minions!!
I started off by cutting 12 Twinkies in half. Next I made their eyes with those little Smarties candy, (you know the ones you used to eat as a kid), a little black frosting, tip #1 to make the pupils,
as well as the glasses and their smiles, plus chocolate jimmies for the hair.
Put everything together and what do you get?
